Maureen Cargill-SLP
Maureen has more than nine years of experience working with pediatric patients, ages 3-21, in special education with multiple disabilities including autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, communications disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders, and other health impairments.
With American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Therapeutic Listening Provider certifications, Maureen carries a vast knowledge in augmentative and alternative communication, social skills development, and speech-language disorders.
Maureen holds a Masters of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders from West Chester University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication Disorders from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Through her practice, Maureen hopes her patients gain a renewed ability to communicate their needs and wants effectively, and by doing so, reduce frustrations and ultimately reducing the degree of negative behaviors that can develop from these communication challenges.
